Mindfulness

Using mindfulness to support wellbeing in children and young people.  

This course will support staff to: 

• Understand what mindfulness is.  
• understand how mindfulness can support children and young people. 
• Experience some mindfulness techniques and activities. 
• To consider how to structure a mindfulness session. 
• Know resources that can support you to deliver mindfulness sessions in your setting. 

£120 pp 

Setting (up to 12 participants) £500

Mindfulness for staff wellbeing

This course will support staff to:

• Understand what mindfulness is. 
• Understand how mindfulness can support you in both your work and home setting. 
• Experience some mindfulness techniques and meditations. 
• Take away techniques that you can use in your everyday life to support your wellbeing. 
• Either 1 hour (taster session)/ half a day/ 1 day (5 hours) 

1 hour: £25 pp/ setting (up to 12 participants) £125 

Half a day: £75 pp/ setting (up to 12 participants) £350 

Day: £120 pp/ setting (up to 12 participants) £500
