Specialist Advice Call
We know there are times when you will need to talk to an Advisory Teacher promptly. We provide a specialist advice and support call back, so that school staff can discuss individual neurodiverse children and young people (CYP) when needed.
Sometimes the advice and recommendations given will be enough and at other times, another type of support may be suggested by the Advisory Teacher (please see below.)

Solution Circle
During a Solution Circle an Advisory Teacher will join you and your team to unpick and consider strategies/solutions to a particular problem. The process enables all parties to share knowledge, skills and understanding to find ways of moving forward for the CYP.

Child / Young person (CYP) Focused Meeting
We know how important it is to meet the CYP and have a constructive discussion with all key people. Our Child Focussed Meeting package includes:
- A specialist observation of the pupil.
- An initial meeting with staff and parents to feedback from the specialist observation,
discuss the current situation and to provide recommendations to move towards
improving the situation.
- A record of key points from the observation.
- A review meeting with staff and parents.
If further involvement is required, this can be discussed at the review meeting and will be an additional cost.
£350 (If travel is required for the review meeting, this may be an additional cost).
Reducing Barriers to Learning: Assessment and Review
We are passionate about reducing barriers to learning and giving schools and CYP the tools to thrive in education. Our Barriers to Learning Assessment includes:
- A specialist observation of the pupil.
- An initial meeting with staff and parents to feedback from the specialist observation,
identify what is going well for the pupil and what is a concern.
- Support to identify the pupil’s barriers to learning.
- Support to understand provision required.
- Outcomes developed with staff and parents which will be reviewed on an agreed date. · - A review of the outcomes with staff and parents and identify next steps.
- A report with key points from the specialist observation and meetings will be provided.
If further involvement is required, this can be discussed at the review meeting and will be an additional cost.
£700 (If travel is required for the review meeting, this may be an additional cost).
