It has been a privilege to support over a thousand young adults, each with unique profiles and lived experiences. I have learnt so much from each and every person I have worked alongside. 

I am experienced in working alongside young adults who have high support needs, who often face significant mental health challenges, social and emotional difficulties.

My skills lie in encouraging engagement and communication to be able to unpick motivations and aspirations. I am passionate about preparing young people for adulthood and giving them the tools to build meaningful relationships.
