Solution Circle

 The solution circle follows the following format:

1. 'Problem' Presentation. The 'problem' presenter outlines the problem.

2. Opportunity to Share. Each member of the listening team has the opportunity to share something of their experience of the problem.

3. Round of Questions. Each team member has the opportunity to ask a question about the problem they have heard about.

4. Responses, Ideas and Solutions. The opportunity for the problem presenter and the team to respond to the questions asked and to put forward strategies/solutions to help solve the problem.

5. Next Steps. Both the problem presenter and the team decide on the first steps that they are going to do in the next couple of days.

6. Summary. Throughout the process the facilitator will have recorded each step and they summarise the discussion for the group.
